Safety, function and high-voltage test equipment available in more than 50 versions

affordable • compact • powerful • norm-compliant • highest safety standard • great touch display • easy to use…

Small, compact, lightweight: The further development of the popular and proven GLP1 offers many new possibilities.

The contemporary large, intuitively operated touch display and the new possibilities in network operation are unique in our compact class.

The GLP1 testers are ideally suited for use in production, laboratory, test field, quality assurance, automation, … and hardly take up any space!

Manual/semi-automatic inspection
Manual/semi-automatic inspection

The unique manual mode allows all integrated test methods to be applied directly. Simply select the desired inspection method and start the inspection.
The display always shows the current measured values of the test, similar to a multimeter. An evaluation of the test object is thus secured immediately and in all details.
Long-term tests running for hours? No problem. This is typical for laboratory or material tests. The test results are stored directly in the device or can be easily exported and visualized.

Semi-automatic or fully automatic test
Semi-automatic or fully automatic test

In production, inspections run automatically, often in combination with manual testing of inspection points. This is supported by the convenient operator guidance and the automation of test step sequences. And with a connected barcode scanner, the transfer of the serial number and automatic selection of the test program is even faster!

Automation
Automation

The convenient device dimensions of ½ 19″ or 19″ are perfect for control cabinet installation.

Flexible interfaces serve for remote control, e.g. via PC or PLC.

There is enough memory to store up to 2,000 test sequences for different test objects. These test sequences can be accessed directly via the interface and then the test is started.

All test results can be accessed via an interface and can thus be stored in a central database via the control computer. In addition, it is possible to store the test results locally on the test device or in a computer network.

Advantages of the GLP1
Single testers: only one built-in test method. Typically used for high voltage, PE conductor or insulation testing
Multi testers: up to 9 test methods in only one compact device with built-in test method switchover
AC or DC high-voltage testers up to 50 kV: from the test device to the test cover/test cabin or water/ball bath
High robust industry standard: solid, stable metal housing
Barcode reading capability: via USB interface
Models: incredibly versatile – from tabletop unit to 19″ rack to mobile transport caddy
Ready for SmartCalibration: very fast and cost-efficient calibration. Your advantage: hardly any interruption of production cycles.
