Dr. S. Raja – M.E., PhD (High Voltage Engg.)
Dr. Raja is leading the research group of MTEKPRO with the PhD in High Voltage Engineering from the National Institute of Technology with specialization in Synthesis, Characterization and Condition assessment of High Voltage Insulation structures.
As an established academician cum researcher for around 18 year, he also held the position as the member of Telecom Centre of Excellence, with the specialization in Embedded system design from National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology.
With his personalized experience in electrical engineering cum embedded systems design, he is actively engaged in the research and consultancy projects of MTEKPRO in academic collaborations, industrial solutions and consultancy services.
He is managing a team of dynamic engineers from MTEKPRO Technologies working on the condition monitoring and assessment of various high voltage assets.

Technical Manager
His expertise is in the field of Partial Discharge Diagnostics in the rotating machines winding and AIS Switchgears. His research area includes PD Detection and localization in the Medium Voltage Cables.
Mr. Mubasshir Khan –
Application Lead
Application Engineer with Electrical specialization is currently working on GPS synchronization of fault detection and localization in HV transmission lines. Worked on designing and commissioning of High Voltage Impulse Generators. His main areas of interest includes HV Test system designing and, industrial applications of thermal imaging systems.
Mr. Mohd. Suhaib Ashraf –
Application Engineer
Application Engineer with Masters in High Voltage and Insulation Engineering and is currently working on GPS Synchronized Partial Discharge localization on MV Cables. His thrust areas includes Condition Monitoring of Transformers parameters and electrical systems and diagnostics.
Mr. Mohd. Mohsin Khan –
Application Engineer
Application Engineer with an M.Tech. in Power System and Drives, focused on GPS-synchronized partial discharge (PD) localization in MV cables. Key interests include PD diagnostics in cables, condition monitoring, and control of power flow between asynchronous grids
Mr. Ashok Parihar –
Testing Engineer
He has a good hands-on experience in the on-field researches and the data handling of condition monitoring on various high voltage apparatus in GIS, AIS switchgears, CT and PT’s. With the bachelor degree in electrical engineering, he joined our team for the collection of various condition monitoring data and its assessment based on the on-field conditions. Â
Mr. Ashfaque Hussain –
Testing Engineer
He is currently involved in the method study of partial discharge detection and location identification system based on GPS synchronization. Earned his bachelor degree in electrical engineering, he is involved in PD data collection and assessment on high voltage transformers from various on-field conditions. Â Â
Ms. Pari Verma –
System Engineer
A highly motivated Computer Science and Engineering graduate with a strong passion for leveraging AI tools, creating SRS documentation, and developing innovative software solutions. Currently engaged in developing software solutions for a Condition Monitoring System, contributing to the automation and enhancement of industrial maintenance processes. Committed to continuous learning and applying emerging technologies to solve real-world problems effectively.
Ms. Harshita Singh –
System Analyst
She is System Analyst with a background in Bachelor of Computer Science, with her technical expertise to manage the application driven solutions, she works as Data Analyst in our PD Condition Monitoring team.
